  • Trained as a Menopause Counselor through The Menopause Society — I understand the biology of perimenopause, not just the emotions

  • Specialize in nervous system regulation — Polyvagal Theory and somatic approaches — this is the foundation of everything I teach and why it works when other approaches haven't

  • Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), because perimenopause often resurfaces old wounds, old patterns, and old beliefs that need care.
